It takes one hour a month.
•The ideal ACP Mentor has 6+ years of professional experience.
• Mentors will engage in a yearlong mentorship with a Protégé, offering professional guidance in the areas of interest identified by the Protégé.
• Pairs are required to communicate once a month for one cumulative hour.
• The discussions will center around topics of importance to the Protégé, such as résumé writing, transitioning to a corporate environment, networking or small business planning.
• ACP will contact Mentor applicants via email within 1-3 business days of receiving an application.
